The list below identifies the marketing partners and categories of third parties with whom Nearby Bath Remodelers may share the information you submit through our estimate request form, where you have consented to that sharing. This list may change from time to time; the version published on this page at the moment you submit a form is the list your consent applies to.
Categories of partners
Your information may be shared with companies in the categories below. Each category describes the role a partner plays; the table that follows names the individual companies within each category.

- Independent bathroom remodeling companies, dealers and installer networks who may contact you about your project and provide an estimate.
- Home improvement product manufacturers and dealers
- Manufacturers and authorised dealers of bath products such as shower systems, tubs, enclosures, tile and vanities.
- Lead management and delivery platforms
- Service providers that receive, validate, route and deliver estimate requests on our behalf to the professionals described above.
- Consent verification and compliance providers
- Providers such as ActiveProspect (TrustedForm) and Verisk (Jornaya LeadiD) that create and store an independent record of the consent you gave.
- Home services adjacent to bathroom remodeling
- Providers of related services — for example plumbing, flooring or general remodeling — where your project details indicate they may be relevant.
- Advertising and analytics providers
- Platforms that help us measure campaign performance and reach homeowners with similar projects. These receive marketing identifiers, not your consent record.
